Sour Cream Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup
Freeman's Mill Self-rising Cornmeal
2 eggs
slightly beaten
1/2 cup
cooking oil
1/2 cup
cream style corn
1 cup
sour cream
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450. Grease a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix first 4 ingredients well. Fold in sour cream last and mix well.
- Pour into baking dish and bake until golden brown. Cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
